Hey readers!
I had my 3rd A/C treatment on wednesday 1 more to go then another 4 more, chemo drug called taxol. I haven't felt that great the last few days and I've found that when I have a good one or two hours of "feeling okay" I have to take advantage and do something that really needs to be done. Like, clean up , cook, or do some laundry. Otherwise, I won't have the strength for it later. I haven't even wanted to blog, Having daily headaches sucks- blah blah blah! I've had three colds since starting chemo. (cough cough cough) :(
My blood work shows I'm anemic. She said something about below 12.2 is considered anemic, I'm at 11 - if you get to 8 you get a blood transfusion, yuck!
My symptoms:
Fatigue
Lack of energy
Dizziness , especially when sitting up rapidly, or standing
Shortness of breath
Headaches
A pale appearance
Rapid heart rate
The neupogen shots I receive 24 hrs after each chemo are working great, they keep my out of hospitalization. though it gives me really bad bone pain which sometimes make me cry, i can only take Tylenol- besides WBC still normal, which is amazing.
Well it's been 3 months since my diagnose. Now because I remain positive and think happy thoughts I'm going to tell you some good stuff I am participating in a program for cancer patients called " look good feel better" I was told it is definitely something a young woman with cancer to be apart of & Share stories!
Today has been a good day!
Until next time, keep reading!
Peace & love ✌
